Shipping Policy: Delivered by Mortals, Not Bats

All orders are carefully packed and shipped via USPS Priority Mail—no broomstick required. We currently ship only within the United States (apologies to those of you in dwelling in other realms).

Once your order is raised, please allow 1—3 business days for processing before it embarks on its ghostly journey. From there, USPS typically delivers within 3—5 business days, depending on your location and the whims of the postal spirits.

• Rates: Standard USPS rates apply (calculated at checkout)

• Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number once your parcel takes flight

Note: During high-traffic seasons (especially around October), delivery times may be longer than usual. We appreciate your patience while your accursed treasures find their way to your door.

Returns & Damaged Items:

As a one-ghoul operation, we are unable to accept returns at this time. However, if your item arrives maimed or cursed beyond recognition, please send us an email at theghoullery@gmail.com with photos within 7 days of delivery. We can’t promise anything, but we’ll do our best to make it right.
