Terms of Service.
Effective Date: 9/9/2025
Welcome to The Ghoullery — a modest shoppe in my own dark little corner of the internet, filled with my original work. By visiting this website or purchasing anything from my shop, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
1. Ownership & Use of Artwork
All artwork, designs, images, and content on this site are the original creations of The Ghoullery, and are protected by U.S. copyright law.
You may not:
Copy, edit, alter, or reproduce any artwork from this site
Claim artwork as your own
Resell or redistribute my art (in any form, digital or physical)
Use my artwork for any commercial purpose without express written permission
Sharing photos of your purchases on social media is absolutely fine (and appreciated!), as long as credit is given and the images are your own photographs—not lifted directly from our site. By posting photos of your purchases on public platforms (e.g. Instagram, TikTok, etc.), you grant us permission to reshare or feature your post—credited, of course—on this website or social media. If you ever want a post removed, just contact us.
2. Commissions & Custom Work
Commissions are available on a limited and individual basis. If you're interested in a custom piece, email us at theghoullery@gmail.com to begin. We reserve the right to accept or decline commissions at our discretion.
3. Wholesale & Licensing
If you're a retailer or hoping to use our art for commercial purposes, please contact us directly. Wholesale and licensing arrangements may be available on a case-by-case basis, but only with our written consent.
4. Product Availability & Orders
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue items at any time. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled unless we agree in writing.
5. Limitation of Liability
Our ghastly goods are sold as is. We do our best to ensure quality, but are not personally liable or responsible for delays, damage during shipping, or misuse of products. If something arrives broken or goes missing in the mail, contact us and we’ll do our damnedest to make it right.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Oregon.
7. Right to Refuse Service
The Ghoullery is a one-ghoul, one hellhound operation, and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who engages in abusive, disrespectful, or harassing behavior—whether through messages, emails, or interactions related to purchases. I believe in treating all entities with compassion, and we expect the same in return.
Orders may be canceled or refunded at my discretion if a customer demonstrates behavior that makes further interaction unsafe, hostile, or unreasonably difficult.
Privacy policy.

Your privacy is gravely important to us - and so is keeping things clear (no skeletons in the closet). Here’s an outline of the basics.
1. What I Collect (and Why)
When you place an order, we collect:
Your name

This information is used only to fulfill your order and communicate with you about it. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. You will, of course, be able to unsubscribe at any time.
2. Payment & Security

Our website is hosted on Squarespace, which uses cookies to ensure site functionality and performance. However, we have configured the site to restrict non-essential cookies unless you choose to accept them.
This means:
Essential cookies (for things like cart functionality) are always active
Non-essential cookies (like analytics or tracking) are blocked unless you opt in
You’ll see a cookie banner where you can make your choice
You can learn more about how Squarespace handles cookies here.
